D. Security Violations
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on any system or network.
- Introducing viruses, malware, or any software designed to disrupt services.
- Engaging in activities that impair the integrity or security of InstantAccess.net systems.
E. Resource Abuse
- Using excessive bandwidth, storage, or processing power in a way that degrades service for others.
- Running background processes, bots, or scripts that consume system resources beyond fair-use limits.
- Using shared hosting accounts for file storage unrelated to website operations.
F. Prohibited Content
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
- Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
- Material deemed obscene under applicable laws.
- Unauthorized deepfake or AI-generated content that misrepresents real people in an exploitative or defamatory way.
G. Resource Abuse & Unauthorized Services
- Running cryptocurrency mining software or participating in blockchain validation processes.
- Using server resources for Proof-of-Work (PoW) or Proof-of-Stake (PoS) calculations.
- Hosting public VPNs, anonymization services, open proxies, or TOR exit nodes.
- Running persistent background processes, including non-approved automated backups or scrapers.
- Operating IRC servers, bots, or bouncers (BNC) on our network.
- Using our services for mass email sending beyond reasonable limits (e.g., >500 emails/day on shared hosting).
H. Email Usage & Bulk Messaging
- Users may send up to 100 emails per day for personal or small business communications.
- Transactional emails (e.g., password resets, order confirmations) are allowed within reasonable limits.
- Bulk email campaigns exceeding 100 emails per day must use a third-party email service such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Amazon SES.
- Prohibited activities include:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in mass marketing campaigns directly from our servers.
- Operating mailing lists without confirmed opt-ins.
- Using scripts or automation to send mass emails that exceed permitted limits.
4. Permitted Uses & Freedoms
InstantAccess.net supports free expression and allows the following, provided they comply with this Policy:
- Hosting legal adult content on dedicated servers.
- Engaging in open discussions, debates, and political discourse.
- Running ethical security research activities with prior authorization.
