B. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, including music, movies, software, or books.
  • Hosting counterfeit goods, pirated software, or unlicensed media.
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks, service marks, or patents in a way that violates applicable laws.

C. Unsolicited Communications & Spam

  • Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email (“spam”) or mass marketing messages without consent.
  • Running unconfirmed mailing lists or subscribing users to lists without express permission.

D. Security Violations

  • Unauthorized access or hacking attempts on any system or network.
  • Introducing viruses, malware, or any software designed to disrupt services.
  • Engaging in activities that impair the integrity or security of InstantAccess.net systems.

E. Resource Abuse

  • Using excessive bandwidth, storage, or processing power in a way that degrades service for others.
  • Running background processes, bots, or scripts that consume system resources beyond fair-use limits.
  • Using shared hosting accounts for file storage unrelated to website operations.

F. Prohibited Content

  • Hosting, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
  • Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
  • Material deemed obscene under applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized deepfake or AI-generated content that misrepresents real people in an exploitative or defamatory way.

G. Resource Abuse & Unauthorized Services

  • Running cryptocurrency mining software or participating in blockchain validation processes.
  • Using server resources for Proof-of-Work (PoW) or Proof-of-Stake (PoS) calculations.
  • Hosting public VPNs, anonymization services, open proxies, or TOR exit nodes.
  • Running persistent background processes, including non-approved automated backups or scrapers.
  • Operating IRC servers, bots, or bouncers (BNC) on our network.
  • Using our services for mass email sending beyond reasonable limits (e.g., >500 emails/day on shared hosting).

H. Email Usage & Bulk Messaging

  • Users may send up to 100 emails per day for personal or small business communications.
  • Transactional emails (e.g., password resets, order confirmations) are allowed within reasonable limits.
  • Bulk email campaigns exceeding 100 emails per day must use a third-party email service such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Amazon SES.
  • Prohibited activities include:
    • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in mass marketing campaigns directly from our servers.
    • Operating mailing lists without confirmed opt-ins.
    • Using scripts or automation to send mass emails that exceed permitted limits.

4. Permitted Uses & Freedoms

InstantAccess.net supports free expression and allows the following, provided they comply with this Policy:

  • Hosting legal adult content on dedicated servers.
  • Engaging in open discussions, debates, and political discourse.
  • Running ethical security research activities with prior authorization.
  • Operating mailing lists that follow opt-in and anti-spam guidelines.

5. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Forfeiture of funds paid for services.
  • Legal action if the violation is severe or illegal.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate contact information and maintain their accounts securely.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their hosted content complies with all applicable laws.

Refunds & Penalties for Violations

No Refunds: InstantAccess.net does not provide refunds for services terminated due to violations of this policy. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance before purchasing or using our services.

Financial Penalties: A reasonable fine may be imposed for each verified violation that causes financial, legal, or operational harm to our company or network.

Example Penalties Include:

  • Spam violations: Up to $500 per incident, payable within 7 days.
  • Resource abuse (e.g., crypto mining, unauthorized bots): $250 per violation.
  • Security breaches or hacking attempts: May result in legal action and damages in addition to service termination.

InstantAccess.net reserves the right to pursue additional legal remedies for serious violations.
