This Privacy Policy describes how Instant Access Internet Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our websites, use our client area, or purchase or use our services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect

- Information you provide. Such as your name, company name, postal address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, order details, and the content of communications and support requests you send us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive and keep limited transaction information, such as the payment method type, amount and date.
- Information collected automatically. Such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, dates and times of access, and similar technical and log information. This information is collected through server logs, security systems and cookies.
- Information required for domain names. If you register or manage a domain name through us, we collect the contact information that domain registries and registrars require.
Customer Content
Websites, files, databases, email and other content that customers store using our hosting services (“Customer Content”) belong to the customer. We process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services, to comply with the law, or to enforce our policies. Customers are responsible for the content they host and for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required from their own website visitors and users.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain and support the Services;
- process orders, payments, renewals and billing;
- communicate with you about your account, the Services, and updates or changes;
- respond to questions and support requests;
- protect the security and integrity of the Services, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful activity;
- improve the Services; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. With vendors that perform services for us, such as payment processing, network and content delivery, data center, backup and communications services. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- Domain registries and registrars. As required to register, renew, transfer or manage domain names.
- Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Services to function, such as keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, maintaining security, and improving performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent parts of the Services, such as the client area, from working. Our websites do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Your Choices and Rights
You can review and update much of your account information by logging in to the client area. Depending on where you live, the laws that apply to you may give you certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:
- know or access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of certain personal information, subject to the exceptions those laws allow;
- receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law).
If such rights apply to you, you may submit a request as described below, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may decline or limit a request where the law permits, for example where we need to keep information for legal, billing, security or other legitimate business purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights the law gives you. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time; you will still receive service and account messages.

Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
International Users
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
