A site transfer moves your existing website — files, email, and databases — from your current host onto your new account here, with as little downtime as possible and no manual rebuilding on your part.

How We Handle It
Transfers between compatible dashboard-based hosting accounts are handled directly by us as a good-faith service, at no charge. If your previous host uses a different kind of server setup, we’ll walk you through a self-service transfer over FTP, and we’re glad to help with SSH access if that’s what a more complex move requires.
No transfer fee, no waiting in a queue
